From our humble beginnings in 1973 with a staff of one and 20 vehicles in stock, Brendan Foot Motors has grown to be one of the largest and most respected dealerships in the country. We're still a trusted family business but now we're a 'Supersite', with some of the most innovative new brand franchises available and a staff of over seventy people. Proof that great things are possible when you get the basics right.

As well as Kia, Holden, Hyundai and Suzuki, we're very excited to have recently added Chery and Great Wall to our line-up. These two newcomers are Chinese brands coming out of the world's fastest growing car market, and both offer a highly specified range of vehicles representing extraordinary value for money.

Chinese vehicles are relatively new to the New Zealand market, but remember 15 years ago so were Korean vehicles and 25 years before that, so were Japanese! We're delighted to be introducing something new and exciting to the local motor industry.

There are now four Brendan Foot sites around the greater Wellington region:

  • The original Railway Avenue operation has expanded to be the hub for all six brands. It’s open seven days a week. Railway Avenue is also home to a range of quality used vehicles and our parts and service departments.
  • Tory Street in Wellington offers the full Hyundai range.
  • The service department in Elizabeth Street, Mt Victoria includes a full tyre workshop.
  • The newest site to open, in Fergusson Drive, Trentham, is a service centre with café attached. Yes, that’s right: you can sip your latté while your Warrant is being done!

Brendan Foot Supersite operates a total customer care and communication programme, designed to keep in touch with the entire customer base – whether it’s buyers of new or used cars, or people who come in to us for vehicle service.
